Villa Maria is recently decorated and refurbished in a very clean and luxury style. One of the few houses in southern Kefalonia not destroyed by the 1953 earthquake and a fine example of the preseismic style of architecture. In the 19th century, particularly since 1863, it hosted the notary’s office of the region.

It has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds while a sofa-turned-bed in the living room is also available. There are two bathrooms and laundry . – Villa Maria is an air-conditioned place with free Wi-Fi and a big garden adjacent to the picturesque countryside as well as a private swimming pool – It is a very convenient, with a big living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a big garden with all the equipment such as chaise tables, chairs, lounges, umbrellas.
